FAQ's
Are your services medical?
No. All services offered are well-being support and educational services and do not constitute medical acts. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or follow-up by a licensed healthcare professional.
My role is to support your overall well-being, self-awareness, and lifestyle balance through attentive listening, guidance, and education—always respecting your autonomy and your existing healthcare choices.
What is a holistic well-being consultation?
A Holistic Well-Being Consultation is a 90-minute personalized session focused on understanding your lifestyle, habits, stress patterns, and overall sense of balance.
Together, we explore:
- Daily rhythms (sleep, energy, stress)
- Lifestyle influences (nutrition habits, movement, environment)
- Emotional and mental well-being
- Personal goals for balance and quality of life
Research consistently shows that lifestyle education, stress awareness, and personalized guidance can positively influence perceived well-being and quality of life (World Health Organization; Harvard School of Public Health). This session empowers you with clarity and practical insights so you can make informed choices that support your vitality.
What happens during a holistic follow-up?
The follow-up session allows us to:
- Observe changes in your overall well-being
- Reflect on what feels supportive or challenging
- Adjust your guidance pathways as needed
- Reinforce sustainable habits
Scientific studies suggest that ongoing support and follow-up significantly improve adherence to lifestyle changes and long-term well-being outcomes. Small, consistent adjustments over time are often more effective than drastic changes.
What is a constitutional homeopathic remedy session?
This session is a non-medical, educational exploration based on classical homeopathic principles. We look at your unique patterns of balance and imbalance—physical, emotional, and energetic—without diagnosing disease.
The focus is on:
- Understanding your individual constitution
- Supporting harmony and self-regulation
- Encouraging awareness of how your system responds to life’s stressors
While homeopathy remains a complementary approach, research in psychoneuroimmunology and systems biology shows that the body functions as an interconnected system, where emotional, mental, and physical states influence overall vitality. This session supports self-observation and balance rather than symptom treatment.
Is homeopathy safe?
Homeopathic remedies are highly diluted and considered non-toxic when used appropriately. This approach is non-invasive and does not interfere with medical treatments.
That said, homeopathy is offered here strictly as a well-being support tool, not as a medical treatment. You should always continue any medical care prescribed by your healthcare provider.
What is a constitutional remedy follow-up?
This follow-up session focuses on:
- Observing changes in overall well-being
- Reflecting on physical, emotional, or energetic shifts
- Refining guidance to support long-term balance
Self-reflection and body awareness are key elements in sustainable well-being. Research shows that individuals who regularly reflect on internal signals (such as stress or energy levels) often develop better self-regulation and resilience over time.
What is a guided self-harmonization session?
This 45-minute session teaches simple, accessible techniques you can practice independently to support relaxation, presence, and energetic balance.
These techniques may include:
- Breath awareness
- Gentle visualization
- Nervous system calming practices
Scientific studies in neuroscience show that guided relaxation and mindfulness practices can support nervous system regulation, stress resilience, and emotional balance—key foundations of overall well-being.
Who can benefit from your services?
These services are suitable for people who:
- Want to feel more balanced and energized.
- Are experiencing stress or feeling “out of sync”.
- Wish to better understand their body’s signals.
- Are seeking supportive, educational guidance alongside medical care.
- Want to take an active role in their well-being journey.
You do not need to be “unwell” to benefit—well-being is about cultivating balance, awareness, and resilience, not just addressing problems.
Can I combine your services with medical care?
Yes, absolutely. These services are designed to complement, not replace, medical care. Many people find that holistic well-being support helps them feel more empowered, informed, and engaged in their overall health journey.
If any supplements, herbs, or tinctures are discussed or recommended as part of well-being guidance, it is important to always verify potential interactions with your doctor or pharmacist, especially if you are taking prescription medications. Supplements should never be taken at the same time as prescribed medications unless your healthcare professional has confirmed it is appropriate.
What makes your approach different?
My approach is:
- Person-centered rather than symptom focused
- Educational and empowering
- Rooted in attentive listening and individualized guidance
- Respectful of scientific understanding of stress, lifestyle, and self-regulation
You are seen as a whole person—not a list of problems.
What results can I expect?
Rather than promises, the focus is on progress:
- Greater self-awareness
- Improved sense of balance
- Better stress resilience
- Feeling more connected to your body and choices
Research shows that meaningful well-being changes often emerge gradually through consistency, reflection, and supportive guidance. Your journey is unique, and each step forward matters.
Are your services suitable for all ages?
Yes. These well-being support services can benefit individuals of all ages, from children to seniors. Each session is adapted to the person’s age and individual needs, with a focus on education, balance, and overall well-being. When appropriate, parents or guardians are welcome to be involved to ensure a supportive experience.
Can I receive a receipt for reimbursement?
Yes. A receipt can be issued under naturopathy in accordance with RITMA guidelines, upon request. Please note that reimbursement depends on your individual insurance provider’s policies, as these services are non-medical well-being support services. I recommend confirming coverage directly with your insurer.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I kindly ask that you notify me at least a few hours in advance if you need to change your appointment. Sessions are not cancelled but may be rescheduled only. With advance notice, your session can be moved to another date and time, subject to availability. If an appointment is missed without prior notice, the session will be charged in full. This policy helps ensure respect for everyone’s time and allows me to continue offering attentive, high-quality support to all clients.
